This place is great!! The rooms are very clean, pool is nice, and the people who run it speak very good English and have been extremely hospitable. Very affordable as well with a great location. I cant think of one bad thing to say. I highly recommend!!

Great location. Restaurant and stores 2 blocks away. Very budget friendly. Owner is extremely nice and friendly, he try’s to accommodate your needs, very flexible. He also speaks good English. Seems like it’s Family owned business. Rooms are clean and have air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Beds are very comfortable. It has a Cute little pool. It’s a very cozy hotel. I would def. recommend staying at this hotel.
Ganz süßes, sehr zentral gelegenes kleines Hotel mitten in Tulum. 10 sehr großzügige Zimmer, familiäre Atmosphäre, und bald noch mit einer mega Dachterrasse. Der Kleine Pool sorgt für Abkühlung am Nachmittag. Die Führung des Hotels ist professionell und sehr zuvorkommend! Der Hotelmanager ist Einheimische und kann die besten Touren und Guides organisieren und empfehlen. Zu den Shops und Bars sind es keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Zum Strand ca. 10-15 Minuten mit dem Auto. Jederzeit wieder, wir hatten hier eine tolle Zeit!
